We were disappointed in this cruise line. We did a river cruise in Europe with Scenic almost a year ago. We were in a 200 cabin (205, 207, 209?). The balcony was pretty useless; would have made more sense if they took out the doors and made it part of the room. If you happen to be on the balcony you could hear conversations from several rooms away.

The excursions were mostly great. Their headsets were horrible and desperately needed to be upgraded.

The worst part was the food. Trying to serve an entire, albeit small, ship at the same time in the evening is a bad idea. We sometimes had to wait 45 minutes to order, so we were served late. And the food portions were, as some of the Canadians said, quarter sized. No seconds, except dessert. We expected local food, but only got German sausage once. Read more
