Love Carnival, love all the hard working staff. Food quality was not up to what we have experienced in past cruises on other ships. Couple spa treatment room was right under the waterworks, was not the relaxing experience expected. Sounded like the ceiling was coming down on our head!! Ship was clean. Found most staff courteous and hard working. Our balcony room was great, stewards kept it very clean and we never had to ask for anything additional. We got the social wifi, it was ok but didnt function as well as we had hoped. Cookie was the CD and he was amazing, I would go on any ship he was on. He made up for the fee negatives we experienced. I would probably not book the Glory again if another ship could meet our needs. Just didnt leave with the normal sense of satisfaction as we have on other ships.
