NCL does not value loyal customers. Platinum level means nothing.

Cabin: Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Our cruise left a lot to be desired. We are platinum members of ncl and this cruise was my 16th cruise and the worst, maybe even my last.

We arrived at terminal 11:30am. As platinum we should have priority boarding .. We did not ...in fact, when we asked about it we were asked..."are you haven?" we said, "no, we are platinum"  she smerked, "only haven is priority". That turned out to be the theme of our cruise, that AND the ship was filthy, full of airborne sickness and the crew was angry

We sat and waited for over 4 hours packed in the terminal with over 4k other people. The ship was quarantined due to a bug effecting over 300 staff and/or passengers. We were not told this until after we were on the ship!!! We were not able to leave and rebook! We were not given a choice. Nope we were forced to embark on a journey trapped with an airborne and contact virus that could cause fatality in the elderly or immunocompromised.

Cabin Review

Mid-ship Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MB

Location was fine

The cabin didn't feel any bigger as a mini suite, except that the bathroom was different on this ship and more spacious than others plus the shower was big with jet sprays, BUT

the cabin was quite dirty from previous voyage.
