I chose this cruise because it was to be a Birthday celebration an was 1 week after the Superbowl. Well on the sail date Feb 9 2019 the weather was cold and windy but as a Platinum member we boarded promptly and was in our cabin around 12:30.As cold as it was outside we had to stand out in the cold for the Safety drill which took about 40 minutes.I don't know if they had a sailaway or not since I went to my cabin to warm up. Well our luggage didn't arrive till around 4:00 even tho it had a priority on the luggage tag and I mentioned to the Porter when I tipped him. after we got out in to International waters I walked around the ship and didn't see any Band playing anywhere and for the whole 5 day cruise there was not a band to be found, only single persons or a trio playing horns. I was really disappointed with the entertainment.I had a balcony cabin on 6 deck and it stayed wet most of the time so that was a waste of money since I only went out there a few times when at ports. The lines were never long for food on Lido deck and it was as good as in dining room and much quicker access.the Tv in cabin was small and movies were dark and hard to watch unless the room was dark,I love movies watched one on the big screen but not a good selection in my opinion. had fun in Cozumel and Merida
