I am a Platinum Latitudes member and enjoy NCL. POA was a little different experience than what I had in the past. We stayed in a OS and LOVED it!. I just feel that some of the perks normally associated with a suite was a bit lacking. Typically people chose this ship for the itinerary, I get that. My husband and I have traveled to the islands in the past and chose the itinerary to get out of the polar vortex, because the timing was convenient, and because we wanted to spoil ourselves a bit. I wasn't thrilled with our butlers attempts to talk us out of breakfast in our suite. We know we can have meals in Cagney's, we prefer breakfast in our beautiful room. Breakfast was reluctantly delivered without linen service or set up. Disappointing. Also the items I called the Concierge desk pre-cruise weren't in our suite either. A few other things weren't in our suite until requested, such as a laundry bag and additional napkins, etc. The entertainment was good. The main show was entertaining, it was the first time the staff performed it and there were no glitches. My husband enjoyed the comedian. He even bought 2 copies of his book. The ship is well laid out and clean. We were never lacking for a lounge or bar. The furnishings were in good condition and tasteful.

Owner's Suite with Large Balcony

Cabin SC

The Concierge was efficient. It was disappointing that our disembarkation experience involved struggling to get elevators and pushing threw crowds. Nothing different then the rest, we were told it was a security concern to take Suite guests down crew elevators.. All other staff we came into contact with in fee restaurants as well as included were fabulous
