We chose this cruise as a "get out of the snow and cold" getaway and also for the number of sea days involved. We wanted a relaxing time rather than a cruise where almost every day you're up early to make an excursion.

Specialty dining at Sabatini's and Crown Grill (French onion soup!) was outstanding. I'd heard griping from other Princess cruisers about Sabatini's and I don't understand why. It was so good we went back a second time. Also the pizza at Al Fredos is great.

I do wish that Princess (and all other lines) sould make sure that at least one bar is at all times reserved for peace and quiet conversations. I understand people like to be entertained but I think there is a need for places to just go have a quiet drink with friends. It could be a different bar at different times but needs to be away from the noise.

Mini-Suite with Balcony

Cabin MD

Our first experience with a mini suite and we loved it. Especially with lots of sea days the extra room was worth it. Having a shower with tub meant more room to shower. Everything worked fine.
