Booked this cruise for a quick get away last minute. It seemed like a good deal when our travel agent showed us the perks. This was my first cruise with Norwegian, I have cruised with Celebrity in the past. The embarkation process was chaotic. The gentleman checking us in was difficult to understand with his thick accent. We were early to board and went to the madness at the buffet.
The cabin was small for a balcony but nice. The shower had a nice glass sliding door, but throughout the entire cruise there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower, which was not enjoyable.
Throughout the cruise we were plagued by a stuck latch on our door, we got stuck inside once. Finally at the end of the cruise when even a security guard couldn’t move the latch a carpenter procured some WD40 which helped free up the latch.

Small with adequate balcony. No hot water in shower. Door latch had to be repaired.
