Have cruised Carnival, Royal Caribbean and Norwegian lines. To start off with we arrived early to board only to find mass confusion and long lines. We arrived at about 11:30 and did not get on board until close till 3:00. We then attempted to get some lunch after boarding but lines for the buffet were absolutely horrible.... If there was communication in regards to why such late boarding we did not hear or get it. Our frig never worked, even though we continuously asked about getting a different one. I had beers and water delivered so that we could enjoy a few drinks in our room but we could never get them cold... Our bathroom seemed to not have gotten cleaned because of the hair on the floor in the sink and in the shower. Super disgusting.. The remote for the TV also only worked after continuously pressing the buttons, removing batteries ect... when we asked about it we were told that it really wasn't the right remote that is why it didn't work correctly. um ok

The food was probably the biggest disappointment. Of the cruises that we have taken I have never had such low quality food. Our evening dinners were NEVER even warm... and we are not that picky of eaters but even the buffet food was difficult to find something warm. We did like the fresh omelette station which doubled as a sandwich stop during the day too. The hamburgers were good also. But we did not go on a cruise to eat hamburgers....

We met several other couples that expressed the same feelings about the food. If I would have found a review previously on this I probably would not have selected this ship. As of now I would not ever go on another Carnival line cruise.
