We chose this ship because of the itinerary; going to Cuba. However, after we booked, RCCL shortened the time in Havana--disappointing.

This is an old and tired looking ship. Will not cruise on her again, regardless of itinerary. The elevators are few and, oddly, when you press the call button, only one side responds. One would need to cross over to press the button on the other side. Boarding and disembarking was extremely tedious. The staff in the Windjammer were especially nice and attentive. We did not dine in the main dining room because only the late seating was available; 8:00 p.m. is way too late for us to eat (reflux problem.) The excursions in Havana were excellent if, a bit pricey. The staff, overall, were very good. The wake up call feature did not work on the phone in our room. Fortunately, we have an app on our laptop.

Small room with very little closet space. However, our steward, Eric Mirando, was excellent; saw to our every need promptly and courteously.
