Cruised on Serenade in the past it is the perfect size for us, entertainment was mostly above average and the crew did a great job. Our dinning room waiters Erwin and Adikash were very helpful and always had a smile. Our cabin steward was excellent responded to every request quickly and efficiently and kept the cabin spotless. The food was quite good especially in the Windjammer were breakfast was excellent with an omelet and fried egg bar. I do think that RCCL needs to provide a few more tour options for passengers with mobility issues at a number of ports there were no shuttles which could accommodate passengers in wheelchairs. The entertainment was okay with highlight being a Beatles tribute band who were very good. Embarkation went very quickly and smoothly and disembarkation was okay although it would be helpful if there were a few more porters available. Weather was wonderful sunny and warm for the entire cruise.
