We have cruised on many of the cruise lines taking at least one cruise a year. This year we chose to try Norwegian. With the many choices out there Norwegian would not be my choice again. The services was not as expected on a cruise the food at the buffet was barely warm and not refilled. They couldn’t seem to keep up and when I asked for tarter sauce for fish 3 people asked each other but it never came. They were out of coffee and cream at 7:30 in the morning! How does this happen! the service in the specialty Bistro French restaurant was more than disappointing. When your paying extra for a specialty restaurant you expect the service to be on point. Ours was horrible as was the table of 4 next to us. We loved the mojitos in the sugar cane bar but it was only open from 5:30 to 10:30pm. The drinks at all the other bars were hit or miss you never got the same drink made the same twice. Our suite was on the 11th floor just under the buffet, you could hear tables and chairs being dragged very early in the morning and at night. Our room steward was wonderful but the rest of the staff was not accommodating at all and customer service and reservations desks were horrible. Customer Service on Norwegian leaves a lot to be desired. I will say the entertainment was very good. The only problem was they changed the show times almost every night so it was difficult to make dinner reservations in advance in order to make the shows and trying to change a reservation in a specialty restaurant in order to make a show was impossible. Overall Norwegian needs to understand there are too many choices to be so lax with customer service

Cabin Review

The cabin was good size and our room steward was great very accommodating but the sound of dragging furniture over our heads was bothersome
