I wanted to try the big ship versus the smaller ones and see what it was like. There were no lines and they move people about efficentaly when getting on and off. The commercials make it look like there is so much to do. There was! We are 65 and 71 and did not do the rockwall climbing or slides. We saw other seniors doing the zip line. There are 4 big pools and we swam in the afternoon at 4 when the masses of sunbathers cleared out. There are lots of family’s on this ship. The park on the ship was beautiful and we sat up there every day and ate and/or read. There are many places on this ship to get away from everyone. The running/walking track on deck 5 is covered and goes around the outside of the whole ship. You are in the shade the whole time. All the shows we went to were EXCELLENT! Mama Mia, the aqua show, the comedy club, escape room, quest show, karaoke, Ocean AriaAqua show were all very entertaining. We wanted a balcony cabin for privacy and views. Royal Carribeans price was lower than Norwegians. They get a 10 for disembarking and visual recognition when going thru customs. No lines and we were done in 1 minute! Overall, a great time and would do it again.

Cabin Review

Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 4D

Standard balcony cabin. Norwegian has better use of space for closets and desk. This cabin felt cramped. TV was over the desk, not at the end of the bed.
