Wanted to go to Australia and this was the best value for the money, We hadn't gone on Princess before but had been told by a former travel agent that they were a good line. It was a great experience so we signed up for another cruise next February. The service was exceptional. Everyone was more than happy to help and everyone greeted us with a smile. Embarkation and disembarkation were so organzied with few delays if any. The food was great and always prepared they way it was requested. The Captain gave us an update every day which was appreciated. We were in heavy rough seas but the ship was so stable that it wasn't a problem. Our excursions went like clockwork for the most part and were just as advertised. We saw wonderful scenery and learned alot about Australia and New Zealand. I would recommend Princess Cruise lines to everyone.
