We are frequent cruises and lower our expectations when necessary. The ship itself was well maintained and the food was good. Guys burgers were awesome! Room service was also very good and had many free options and the pay options were not pricey.
Our room location was horrible. We were right above the metal machine shop where very loud grinding, hammering of metal and clinking continues from 7:30 am until after supper every day. I was really sick with a head cold and could not rest even with ear plugs. They offered us 150 credit at the ships shops. We got badly sunburned and the ships shop did not have any aloe or ointments to help. The cabin steward accidentally threw out a retainer that was on the bathroom shelf. It will be 500 to replace it. We are in our forties and really appreciate our afternoon rests and peace and quiet but there was none in our room.
Horrible location above metal machine shop!
