Cabin: The Haven Forward-facing Penthouse with Balcony

We booked a Penthouse Suite which was not what we expected, it was small with a balcony that was more like a “Ledge”, certainly not a balcony. It’s advertised as sleeps 4, believe me it’s not big enough for 2. Don’t waste your money, it’s a complete ripoff.

Although not on the same floor we did have access to the Haven which was lovely but a lot of wasted unused space. All the rooms on the ship plus the balconies were extremely small. I guess the idea was to squeeze in as many passengers as possible, forget about their comfort.

For the amount of passengers there are not enough elevators, you had to wait a long time to be able to get on the elevator. The pool area was a joke, the chairs and bodies were stacked on top of each other. You couldn’t move without bumping into someone and definitely not enough space to accommodate the number of passengers.

The Haven Forward-facing Penthouse with Balcony

Cabin H7

Terrible, no balcony, just a ledge with an obstruction. The living room was so small we had to step over each other. Where does it fit 4????????

The worst suite we have ever had............where do you get Penthouse Suite from?.............
