A nasty experience in the Restaurant and a Cabin Downgrade. We felt cheated.

This is the length of corridor my wife with a stick and I had to travel 6+
Raw food was served at breakfast and dinner. This item was ordered 3 times

We originally chose this cruise for late 2019 purely on its itinerary but they cancelled it on us.

We then had to search and rebook, having to bring the trip forward as well as carefully choosing a cabin on a deck that would have a good view from the balcony close to a lift which would be near the buffet restaurant as my wife and I have difficulty walking.

We were downgraded to a lower deck at the other end of the ship.

Balcony Stateroom

Cabin B2

A few repairs were needed though functional and clean.

The shower was so small you could put soap on the wall and just spin around to wash!

The TV was miniscule and must of cost all of $50.

Very bulky curtains hindered entrance to the balcony.

The balcony door design was such that you had to fight your way onto the smallest balcony we have ever seen and we cruise 3 times a year. It was only just over 1 metre deep and the chairs were huge so we never got to use it.
