Sail Date: Feb 2019

We chose this cruise because it sailed from Tampa and was less expensive than other cruises for this time and itinerary. However it was a very disappointing cruise in many ways.

It started in the terminal. Everything was so disorganized. Passengers were going every which way. Then the computers went down which slowed the progress even more.

We dined a few nights in the Bacchus formal dining room. Our wait staff was very "silly", not professional at all. They were also very slow in service. We were at early dining and for seven consecutive nights, we missed the shows in the Phantom Theater because it took approximately two hours for dinner. Time was also wasted on three nights where the wait staff stood on tables and danced around instead of serving tables. And not once was our table ever served dinner at the same time. A few would get their food, and the rest would wait several minutes before they were served. It didn't matter much, however, because the food was always lukewarm at best. We resorted to eating on the Lido Deck for part of the cruise, but even then, some of the venues closed up and we were limited to only one or two options.
