MSC Musica was highly recommended, but did not meet the standard. Cabin was dirty, food mediocre and the stuff not really friendly.

The only thing that was good was the theater. The shows where brilliant. Otherwise overall it was a waste of money. I am bitter. I paid R12 600.00 but what I got was not worth that at all. I tried to upgrade but the room but the receptionist said that was not possible. I complained about the dirt but nothing was done. I had a balcony cabin but the balcony was dirty for the duration of my our stay. The last guest was a smoker and left a glass with cigarette stubs by the balcony and that glass was there for the duration of the stay. I got tickets for my brother and his wife as a wedding gift and they had a love time, so I was expecting the same only to get the horrendous sevice I got. I am vegan and there was no food. I tried to customize the vegetarian food but there was very limited options. This was a terrible cruise. I will never recommend it to my friends and family. The service is just not consistent. My brother got a great service and I got a bad service for more or less the same price. I am very disappointed and I feel cheated.

Dirty and outdated. The furniture looked old and dirty.
