I have mixed reviews for the Royal App. It worked ok, but sometimes had to revert to full website.
Did not care for the behind the scenes accouning. Several members of my party (12) had on going issues with there account that brought us having to go to guest services.
I purchased a few things from prior to the cruise. It eas easy to use when it was available.

It was just what I needed. Beds were very comfortable I lime firm mattresses. Cabin Steward always was there to help with my needs. Extension cord for my CPAP. A fan to help me sleep. Thank you Jobert!
