We saved for a long time for this specific cruise because we wanted to go to Pomene. How disappointing.... For one we only left Dbn habour around 17:00 on the Monday. Then on Tuesday we were told that we will not be going to Pomene after all. We went to Portuguese Island...Numerous passengers were very disappointed. Some said it was not the first time that they booked for Pomene and never got to go Pomene. The general feeling on the ship was also that it felt very unorganised. The overall quality of the food was also not good. The buffet restaurant's food was the same every day. Only things that changed was the desserts. The entertainmemt during the day was also very poor. Our cabin was stunning.

MSC's response to my e-mail was basically... sorry for you. You can cleary see that they are just in it for the money and can not care about the actual passengers.
