We went to try and see the northern lights which luckily for us did make an appearance on at least 2 nights of our trip. Embarkation and disembarking work really well especially embarkation. The expedition team on board were fantastic. Bjørn, Robin and Caterina worked well together and Caterina is very knowledgeable, the Norwegian way times were informative interesting and amusing with Bjørn and Robin having laugh with the passengers.

The food in the dining room is outstanding. Very impressed with the level and quality of the food served.

The service in the restaurant with drinks could be improved. We found it hard to even get water on a few occasions as at lunch and dinner drinks are brought to you and not available for self serving.

Nice hearing some of the history of the town and how the buildings ended up in the styles they were built
