This was our first time with so many passengers, and it was also the ship's first visit to Los Angeles, so there is hope most of these issues will be addressed. The embarkation was a disaster. The shore personnel handed us a group number, then later a letter for boarding. No one knew what to use or what the order would be. Half of the large crowd in the structure could not hear announcements because speakers were broken. It took 2 hours for us to finally board with preferential boarding.

Disembarkation was equally chaotic. We were to leave at 0715 but after waiting in long lines finally made it off at 0900.

The buffet was huge, and always crowded. Breakfast was a feeding frenzy with passengers wandering about aimlessly, blocking aisles, making a run for food if something yummy was put out. After two days we never went back.

Very comfy. Some crew noise late at night, and of course other guests slamming doors and pounding down the hallway. The door allows quite a bit of light in as the door doesn't quite fit the frame.
