To see the Northern Lights was on our bucket list. We were not disappointed! On our third night, we received notification that the lights were visible. We threw on the warm clothing and rushed outside, only to be greeted by Nature's miracle. As we sailed up the coast of Norway, we were treated to this phenomenon every night! We were also treated to many marvelous fjords along Norway's coast.

This cruise is definitely not for those who are looking for the amenities offered by the large cruise lines; entertainment, pool, cuisine, etc. But don't get me wrong, the smaller ship and friendly staff of the Finnmarken were in fact superior than some of the other many cruises we have been on. This was a once in a lifetime experience for us. We would definitely recommend the Hurtigruten round trip Bergen to Bergen trip to anyone!

Thank you Hurtigruten, for the fabulous memory!
