First cruise as Platinum Lattitude member. It was wonderful. Great itinerary on a great ship with great staff. They all were very friendly and helpful! Welcomed us back like one of the family. Met and several spoke with Hotel Director, Vitor and F&B Director, Ross. They both answered questions and shared their experiences. We wrote a thank you note to Ross telling him how great the food was on board both in the buffet and specialty restaurants. He stopped by the next night while we were dining to thank us in person! Vitor spent about 15 minutes telling us about Alaska and sharing his photos. Food was absolutely delicious everywhere on the Jade. The entertainment was awesome and we thoroughly enjoyed. Our interior room was fine. We like the fact that the sun does not wake us in the morning. We truly enjoyed Cagney’s three times, LaCucino twice and LeBistro twice. In La Cucino, our server, Shekhar and Maitre ‘D, Charles McLean were fantastic! The best dessert was in LeBistro where Dusan and Cliffton were excellent! Ruth Gomez was our stewardess and took very good care of us ! Each time that we sail on NCL it is like coming back to our family and each time we leave, we say that our next vacation will not be as good! But each time we end our cruise, it seems to have propelled our expectations to the top, once again! We love the Cruise Next program and educate fellow cruiser on how great the program is. We love NCL and make sure all our friends are aware of the awesome time we have whenever we sail with NCL!!
