From the time we got to the port, checked in, went through security and boarded the ship, to the 15 days onboard and the disembarkation, everyone was friendly,helpful and made it very easy for us as first time cruisers. The variety of food offered in the buffet was great, and while there were a few options that were over cooked, they were far and few between. The bar personnel were beyond great, so was the international coffee group. The photographers were all great and went beyond our expectations in getting the great shot. Entertainment was great, and while we didn't watch the movies under the stars at night due to it being too cold for us, we did catch a couple during the day. Room Service personnel were above anything we expected. When we called they would say to please give them 30 minutes, but we ALWAYS had our order within 15. Our room steward took the time to get to know us, our routine and even allowed us to request no turn down service at night as we were usually back in our cabin before he would do this. But he still would stop by to see if we needed anything and made sure we got our nightly chocolate. This trip has made cruisers out of us and we have already booked our 2020 cruise.
