We decided to go on this cruise, this ship - because we went with a group of friends, about 40 of us altogether.

We have been on 15 cruises as of now. The previous 4 were on " mega-ships." We also prefer to go eastern Caribbean - but, in order to be with our friends, we decided to go on this smaller, somewhat older ship, on this route. We had low expectations, thinking the better staff, service - is usually on the flagship boats.

So this ship - the crew, the food, the entertainment - they hit it out-of-the-ballpark ! I don't recall ever seeing such a focused, dedicated staff as this one. The entertainment was excellent - people were friendly - and the crew couldn't do enough to accommodate us. The ship was also very clean - cheery - a lot of interesting artwork around the ship too- something we are seeing less and less of that.

A simple.. quiet clean cabin - down a little corridor that was close enough to the elevator. No traffic to speak of - it was on a dead-end. A bit hard to find. It was perfect.
