Excellent in many ways but badly let down by poor staff attitude throughout.

Ship was not tired as others had advised and we thought it was in good condition.

Embarkation and disembarkation were excellent and UK Customs Checks happened on board 2/3 days before docking at Southampton.

Restaurants were all excellent and we ate in 8 of them. Food was fantastic, however the service from the waiting staff was at best, variable. From shocking to good.Horizons was the worst and the Manager handled our constructive comments about the service, very well. But even now, 6 days after the cruise our overall thoughts and memories are that the service was the poorest we have ever experienced on any cruise. It was so bad it affected our enjoyment of the holiday.
