Our first voyage with American Cruise Lines. Top marks for friendliness and helpfulness of "above and beyond" staff, especially Courtney, Amber and Sally. Ship captain gave an informative tour of the pilot house and kept things running on time and smoothly.

The American Song was built in 2018 specifically for the Snake and Columbia River. The smaller ship provided for smooth passage through the locks and dams. Enjoyed the smaller guest capacity of 184, as it provided a more friendly, relaxed atmosphere.

Friendships were made and stories exchanged!

Cabin Review

Cabin AAC

Perfect size, plenty of storage, great balcony.

Perhaps a card for passengers to indicate if bed linen needs to be changed.

This would save water and crew time.

Suggestion: Instead of a travel bag, American Cruise Lines can distribute reusable water bottles with logo. This would reduce cost of single use plastic water bottles, help the environment and serve as a marketing tool when passengers return home.
