We chose this cruise based on the ports of call and that it was out of Tampa (closer to us). We got on the boat around noon and our luggage wasn't delivered until around 4pm (after sailing), so definitely pack swimsuits, etc. on a carry on if you want to swim, etc. right away. Our room was ready at 1:30, so that was nice to be able to get in to change, but if not, there are restrooms scattered around you can use.

The late dining (8:00pm) was a little late and often conflicted with shows, events happening, so I don't know that we'd do late dining again, but it was nice to not have to hurry back from excursions for the 5:30 dining either. They do have a "my time" dining that you can book and then each night make a reservation for whatever time you want, but it was fun to have a set table with others to get to know.

The windjammer food wasn't that great, and the food was often cold. But, it's an option as well.

Cabin Review

Spacious Ocean View Balcony

Cabin 4B

Our cabin was great. It did not have any obstructed views. For us, the extra money for the balcony was worth it as if we didn't want to do shows, be with people, etc. we could hang out in our room and enjoy reading on the balcony.
