I picked an early (cheaper) date, but late enough to hopefully have good weather. Hit a home run. The extra day pre-cruise hotel was in a great location. All transfers went smoothly. The staff on the cruise was very friendly and competent. The food and whole dining experience was outstanding. Excellent selection and quality. The excursions were varied and had well-informed guides. We were docked on the Seine a distance away from the landing beaches, so that day had some time taken up by bus rides to and from the coast and to and from the lunch area. The cabin was nice, but I was not in it that much. Easy train ride to London. Another centrally-located hotel. Again, good sight-seeing smoothly and professionally arranged. All in all, this was twelve days with all kinds of history seen in a comfortable and pleasant way. I would recommend this company without reservation.
