Sail Date: Apr 2019

We had previously cruised with Explorer several times and hoped it would still be good.

Unfortunately due to the high decibel noise of the (background) music at the venues daytime and evenings while waiting for a game show or trivia to commence the sound was painful. This also continued at the same level for the singers and dancers shows Several people were unhappy and I spoke to the Cruise Director about it but was ignored. I also asked the sound engineer to turn it down a little and he said his instructions were to be loud as it encouraged people to join in.

Unfortunately it just meant that after 10 minutes with my fingers in my ears I could not take any more and had to leave
