Carnival Legend Review

Love the ship, the itinerary; not the food.

Have been on Legend twice in the past and had a generally good experience. Really like this ship and this class of ship. Love the Alaska glacier bay itinerary as well. Ship is getting old but still one of the most comfortable around. Great staff on all counts, always professional and friendly. Nice port stops (though we all know Victoria is a waste). The Icy Straight Point stop is a great addition (saw lots of wildlife on this stop). More ship movement than ever before, noticed quite a few seasick passengers and seemed to have more out to sea time than in the past. Only downside were some rowdy passengers who were rude to both other passengers and playing musicians. Also the meals in main dining and room service were poor. Luke warm and honestly most selections not appetizing at all. This is a real departure from past experience and a downside for those who dont eat the buffet. Room service is a waste cold bagels and unripe bananas. That said, Nouveau Steakhouse was great as always. All in all a good ship and cruise..
