My husband has always wanted to do the Panama Canal adventure so upon his retirement, we chose the Panama Canal Cruise. We were told by friends, Princess Cruise Line does this cruise. So, we visited our travel club and booked the 15 day cruise aboard the Pacific Princess. Little did we know what lay ahead!! Everyday was a neat adventure; never a dull moment even on sea days. So much entertainment it’s hard to choose which one to attend.

Our favorite port stop was Huatulco! Mexico! Such a quaint secret on the coast line. This town is what it’s all about. Just big enough to taste the real flavor of Mexican life. The people were so nice even when you didn’t purchase their wares. The food was excellent and the setting at the restaurant we ate at was just breathtaking!! We truly think we will revisit Huatulco!!

The cruise even had a choir that practiced on sea days and we performed the last day aboard. Such a fun experience.

Cabin Review

Balcony

Cabin B4

Our cabin was on the 7th deck, we had a very nice balcony, plenty room which really surprised us. The room itself had a king size bed, nice large dresser with chair and large mirror which was perfect for me to do my hair and leave the bathroom for hubby to get ready. The dresser also had drawers on one side and shelves on the other. Lots of electrical hook-ups here.

We each had a side table with lamp and phone hook-ups. There was a large sleeper chair in the room too. Very comfortable. Now for closet/drawer space for clothing . The double wardrobe was very spacious with LOTS of nice hangers and storage above. There was an area beside this wardrobe had four big drawers for small clothes storage. We had a TV that had two storage places, one above and one below. There was a safe and storage on top of that too. There was also a small refrigerator!!., all this storage was on the right as you opened your cabin door.

We loved our cabin and tried to spend time there, on the balcony especially. It was hard with so much entertainment going on board ship.
