Please do not waste your money, you will be very disappointed. The cruise ship itself is beautiful, but they are constantly charging extra for even the smallest things (Zipline, Gelato ice cream, a decent meal, etc) Our balcony cabin was very small and we had no hot water in the tiny shower. Asked for it to be fixed, it never was. Housekeeping was terrible. We were having to ask every day for fresh towels, and they do not provide bar soap.. only a terrible body wash. At the bar we waitied sometimes 45 min to get a drink. They are very under Staffed. The buffet food was disgusting, and they had no variety. If you wanted a decent mal you had to pay a fortune to go to the speciality restaraunts, and even if you bought the "dining Experience" package, you were left with 2-3 choices, and no opportunity to upgrade the meal unless you wanted to fork over another couple hundred dollars. Poolside on the 7th floor they refused to play any fun music they played elevator music, when I asked for more festive music and to turn up the volume a lttle, I was ignored. I left the ship in tears after saving for this "luxury Cruise" you are better off to book Carnival! The food is better and the ships are well staffed. I had planned on booking the MSC to Italy next year for my husbands birthday, but I now will NEVER Cruise with MSC again. Horrible experience
