Overall loved our trip just not the cruise portion. Princess dropped the ball on organization. Embarkation was smooth and done well. Then it went sideways. The front desk staff was so disorganized and customer service seemed unimportant. They would make a mistake on paperwork or requests and just say it was our fault. Disembarkation was terrible because of yet another series of mistakes they made and has running all over the ship for customs by there direction in a letter sent to our room. Only to find out oh you don’t need to do this. 2 hours of our morning. The food was mediocre at best. No real variety on Buffett and quality was low and seating very difficult. The dining room staff and bartender we had still understood cruising but princess has turned into a traveling flea market. They took up valuable seating space for art auctions on sea days. We struggled to find somewhere to sit and enjoy a cocktail or play a game. The off hours dining options were good but liked to close early. The ports were amazing and I highly recommend the destination but possibly choose another cruise line.
