We have cruised 18 times with Princess and with the exception of this last cruise, it has always been excellent. This cruise was a bargain basement boat ride. It was a costly, disorganized, irritating disaster. The Versailles tour was an aggravating nightmare, depriving us of the opportunity of a lifetime. Princess was responsible for a 45 minute late start. The tour category of moderate should have been strenuous. Our tour guide was preoccupied with participants, including wheelchair and walkers who needed assistance. Consequently, we got an expensive bus ride and a quick look at the palace. No time for the grounds, musical presentation or gift shop.

Do not pay for the useless Dublin shuttle service. It is much less expensive and more convenient to taxi.
