I’ve been a bit concerned when reading some recent reviews on the Reflection so I was pleasantly surprised during this, my fourth time on this particular ship. I really cannot see what anyone has to complain about! It was my 23rd X cruise so I’ve had plenty of experiences to compare this with!

The food quality, volume and selections were as good as usual. The Captain’s Club hostess (Luann) and the CD (Simon) were both efficient and entertaining.

The Senior Officers were present on a few occasions and perfectly friendly. Guest Relations and Shore Excursions operated as normal. The check-in procedure was the fastest ever and debarkation went smoothly and ahead of schedule. Read more
