Took this cruise mainly because it was a different ship at our home Port. We we're not disappointed in the service and staff. After 15+ cruises on many different ships, the service on Enchantment was probably the best we've ever had. Our cabin attendant Priscilla was extremely efficient and accommodating, always with a smile. The Windjammer had one of the managers that was "Top Notch". Steven was all over the Windjammer dining area, checking on the guests, and occasionally belting out a tune tableside, and had an infectious laugh that made my day. In the conceirge lounge, Perla handled any requests you had with efficiency and a friendly smile, and our waiter, Ida couldn't have been better, would like to have taken him home with me.

Ship needs work/refurbished badly. Paint, woodwork bad, needs basic drydock refurbish.

All in all it was a good cruise, with above and beyond service.

Nice suite, lots of room, enjoyed the bigger balcony and bathroom.
