Ship shows outside signs of its age. A good paint job would fix this. This ship was chosen as a trip with our grandchildren and convenient, out of Texas. We did encounter issues, such as A/C and plumbing. Supervisor Staff and Diamond Concierge was helpful. We ate in dining room every night but one, waitstaff felt very inexperience but continually asked us to remember to fill out survey. (Which we did) Food was okay but it seemed like the same items every night. The buffet was even worse. It was the same options everyday for lunch. The best meal of the week was room service one night. The only dining options at night are Main Dining, Buffet or Chops (fee). It would be nice to have at least one more. Our cabin steward was a little distracted (due to family issues) but good enough. Our grandson (8 yrs, almost 9) really enjoyed the Kids Club. He went every night and was always excited to go back. The ship shows signs of age, especially outside and there are no frills and thrills like others her size. The entertainment staff was talented and we enjoyed the shows.
Junior Suite Cabin was the same size as a normal Balcony Cabin, with a larger balcony. No additional amenities in cabin or on board. We were in the back of the ship and smelled exhaust at night. We had A/C issues in our section for 4 days and plumbing issues, again our section, one night.
