We choose this cruise (7th cruise) because of the itinerary. We purchased FTTF, so our boarding and disembarking went very quickly. Took no more than 10min to board, and we were off the ship by 7:30 on the last day! We had a balcony cabin. Nothing wrong at all. AC worked fine. Only issue was the first nite, we ended up leaving about 8pm for dinner, so our cabin was not serviced because it was too late. Even tho we were on the 9th floor, not very much noise. Dining was great. Service in the main dining room was excellent. Even though we had read reviews of long lines, I personally didnt experience this. Could just be timing. Spent most sea days on the serenity deck. I will say, get there early if u want a cabana. Our first port (Halfmoon Cay) was cancelled because of rough seas. Next was the Dominican Republic. We did the waterfall excursion and it was one of the best experiences ever! Only issue was the tour company said not to take ur phone or camera (understandable) and that they would take all the pics u needed. We did purchase the USB they had for $55. There were literally 4 pics of each group in our group, but they were all posed pics on the trail or afterwards. Nothing on the jumps or slides. Also was told we were doing 7 waterfalls , but it was only 5. Still had a blast. Third port was Grand Turk. Snorkeling was amazing. Lunch afterwards left something to be desired. Was also disappointed with the shops at both ports. All stores seemed to be very commercialized. Same items in every store and very expensive. None of the unique & local items we gave gotten in other ports. All in all, great experience. We plan on doing the same ship & itinerary with our kids next time!
