I've been on over 12 cruises and this is the worst one ever. The ship is small and crowded. 40 percent of the staff are rude as hell. and not helpful at all. Treat you like they're the ones on vacation and you're getting on their nerves just to answer a question. ESPECIALLY customer service!

Drinks were flowing and pretty good. However they don't tell you that after you purchase the drink package to include tax you still have to pay an extra tax per drink while you're still in Florida waters...what a scam!
