Decided to take a cruise for our Anniversary literally hours before the ships departure, booking online was very easy. This was our 33rd cruise and knowing it was an older ship we didn’t expect much. Boarding was easy and parking at the port was by valet a bit pricey for me but this was last minute and we didn’t have time to shop around, the ship appeared to been built in the 60’s and has never had a noticeable upgrade. The lighting, furnishings , and avocado colored walls were straight out of my youth. Our room was spacious with plenty of cabinets and drawers, it was very well maintained. Food on this trip was just okay, lido during the day and the dining room at night, the daily planner said that lido was open for dinner but it never was. Food highlights were a late night Mexican buffet and a smoked barbaque one afternoon, wish we had eaten during these off hours instead of the regular planned meals. Highlights of this short cruise were a well priced wine tasting $12.00 that included many wines that allowed you to come back for more also had a cheese, cracker and fruit tray serve yourself style, if you enjoy wine this is not to be missed. Our favorite thing of the whole ship were the nightly shows which I’m usually not a fan of. Their very talented singers and dancers were accompanied with acrobats doing their act while the singers preformed. It was like Circus de Solei on a smaller scale. Kudos to whomever put together this show.

Met our needs, shower terribly small with curtain covering small circle, no matter how careful we were the floor always got wet, and we are average sized
