This was another great cruise on Disney. The Dream is still an amazing ship. We always enjoy our time on all Disney Ships. Embarkation was a breeze. we were in boarding group 1, so we waited less than a half hour for boarding to start, then walked right on to start enjoying the ship. We don't have children traveling with us, so that helps a little when boarding. Disney maintains all their ships, and the Dream is just beautiful. We just can't say enough about how well Disney takes care of their ships.

Now this was a last minute trip for us, so we originally booked a GTY. We were assigned cabin 10556. Again, Disney does an amazing job with the ship and our state room was no exception. it was very spacious and well maintained. Our cabin host took great care of us and we have no complaints about the service. We were a little worried about the location. Our cabin door opened right into the midship stairs/elevator lobby, and the cabin was right under the pool deck. I will say that we never heard any noise from the lobby area. It was remarkably quiet, especially for the amount of people traveling through that area. I will say though, we could hear a lot of noise from the deck above. This really wasn't an issue during the day because we spent such little time in the cabin. We did have issues at night. we could hear the movement of deck chairs and cleaning equipment and carts being used up there at all hours of the night. So while we still had an great time, I don't think I would ever choose a cabin on deck 10 again.

Dining was great. the food is awesome! Our server staff was outstanding and we really had a fun time. They amazed us with magic tricks and kept us truly entertained as the took such great care of us. I can never complain about the food on a Disney Cruise. We visited Palo's twice, once for brunch and again for dinner on a different night. Their service and food is over the top. I highly recommend the Palo's brunch. And take your time and enjoy it, they give you over 2 hours to enjoy the service and the amazing food with the best view from the back to the ship. Cabanas is alway great too. We always love the egg station, with fresh omelets prepared to order. I love their selection and really can find something different to enjoy every day. Room service was awesome, also. We received coffee every morning to sip as we enjoyed the sun rise from our verandah. Read more
