We had a good time on the cruise. We were in a unique situation, so our feedback might be a little skewed. Our cruise was bought out by a French Bus Tour Sabadu all but two tables of the dining room went out together on big black buses for their excursions. That left my group of 7 and a couple from Belgium. Croisi Europe rented a little bus and guide for our excursions. It felt more lux this way to us and we knew it was not the norm. We were the only English speakers on the cruise – which was perfectly fine and we made friends nonetheless. However, I suggested in the boat that size, even with the mixed group, that some kind of “ice breaker” activity should be done the first night. Perhaps it is my years of working at a college where we are always having to mix groups quickly, I see the benefit of such an activity.

The food was great, and the service was caring and wonderful. We asked if we could watch the FIFA Women’s Final (US vs NL - and we were in NL) in the bar on the big TV and the crew set up chairs for us to watch. We also had a birthday in our group and informed the chef. We brought our own party favors and the chef served her dessert with sparklers. The crew show was so bad it was good – all in good fun. My group cheered them on and laughed and clapped. Great fun!

I am sure I will do another in the future, just when I don’t know. There is great value for money with CroisiEurope.
