Always wanted to see Alaska and decided on Celebrity Solstice. This was our first time cruising with Celebrity and we were not disappointed. All Staff was wonderful and accommodating and very friendly. Dining was always a pleasure whether in the main dining, buffet and especially in the specialty restaurants. Murano was my particular favorite although the others were also outstanding. Cafe Biaco was also very very good for lattes and cafe mochas and of course their delightful desserts.

Entertainment was top notch on the ship. All the musicians were fabulous. Don't miss Rock City!

Although the ship could use some renovations, we found our balcony cabin to be perfect for storage and very comfortable. The ship was very clean throughout. The only thing we would have changed is to be forward rather than aft on our next cruise.

We would definitely have preferred to be up higher on the ship but our friends had booked the rooms side by side. The balcony did have a deck beyond but we found we did not have any issue seeing everything and we enjoyed seeing whales from the balcony! Overall, the room was very comfortable with lots of storage. Our room steward was outstanding!
