We had friends recommend this Scenic Cruise after their experience on board last year. They were so right, it was a wonderful experience. We had never been on a river cruise, being very independent travelers, but Scenic was a perfect fit for us. You could choose any of the offered excursions, or adventure on your own using their e-bikes. Every excursion left exactly at the time stated, and returned to the boat at the precise time scheduled. The local guides were knowledgeable and added much local flavor to the tours.

We can not compliment the ship's staff enough! They worked together beautifully, always with smiles, truly wanting to make the trip memorable for you. The cabins were very well appointed, perfectly designed to maximize the space, with quality amenities. The meals were delicious with many choices, and beautifully served. Be sure not to miss the sorbet dessert!

I think the camaraderie of the crew carried through to the guests. Everyone was so congenial and welcoming to each other. Conversation flowed easily amongst the passengers who were mainly Canadians, Brits, Aussies and Kiwis, with a few Americans as well. Read more
