We chose this cruise because we didn’t want to spend a lot of our time on the seas, but did want a “taste” of all the islands. Our originating flight was delayed, and we missed our connecting flight from LA to Honolulu. We had minor difficulty getting the transportation from the airport to the ship. It would have been nice to have an emergency telephone number to call. We caught a later flight out of LA, and made it to the ship 30 minutes before sailing. By the way the flights were all booked thru NCL. Enjoyed our balcony cabin very much, for us it was well worth the cost, to order breakfast munchies and watch the ship being docked in port, as well as scenic views of the islands. Loved the fact that the staff was mostly American, and liked that they shared their hometowns with us. We went on excursions almost everyday, and enjoyed especially the ones with Darin in Maui. We also went to most of the shows, and they well all top rate for cruise entertainment. One of our fellow travelers had difficulties walking long distances and that walk thru the terminals at Maui was hard for her, it would have helped to have a wheelchair available. Lastly we extended our stay in Honolulu, to have time to see Pearl Harbor, at the Hilton, it would have been nice for a representative to accompany our group to the check in desk. The bus drop off is a long hot walk from the check in. And it would have helped if a wheelchair was there to assist her. All in all I gave our once in our lifetime trip a 4 stars rating.

Excellent, except the understandable, lack of space between the wall and end of the bed
