The ship is veru old and dated. The bathroom in the cabin was not cleaned well and smell of urine after a few days. The disembarkment was very disorganized. Staff were not available to give instructions or answer questions. The entertainment was lacking and the variety of entertainment was disappointing. The sheets and pillow cases were not changed the entired ten days of the cruise. The onboarding was easy and quick. Other than not having enough instructions the disembarkemnt was easy as well. The alcoholic drinks were good. Our waiter was friendly and accommendating. I've been a lot of cruise and by far this was the worst experience I ever had. The only reason I choose this cruise was becauase Costco Travel included excussion package for the cruise. Honestly, I not recommend anyone to take this cruise. Others that tried other cruiseline have a far better experience than I had.
