Charge a lot for shuttles into town from ports (they didn't tell us that there were free shuttles provided by the port authority, we had to work that one out ourselves) 

kids events at anti-social hours (10 pm onwards!Pro's:

Clean cabin and ship

Friendly staff

Con's: 

tea and coffee only available with breakfast or afternoon tea (which only lasts an hour)

Charge substantial service charge per person per day

Ice cream not included

Pizza not included (yes this is an ITALIAN cruise ship)

Water has to be paid for with evening meals!
