This is our 3rd cruise on MSC. First one was on the Divina and the last two on the Seaside. The ships are beautiful and children’s prices make it affordable. From that point on everything else goes downhill. I started the meet and greet and it was run by MSC very nicely. Problems- we booked a year ago and requested the middle dinner time at 7:15 pm. We had 4 cabins linked together and we are all black card holders in the voyager club. We were assigned 5:30 pm and the person in charge refused to fix the problem. This was an aggreviating way to start the cruise. My bathroom sink was clogged and it took till day 3 to drain the water out. Unfortunately, they drained it on the bathroom floor and left it that way. Needless to say I went into the cabin to use the bathroom. I flew across the floor and got banged up with my neck, shoulder and back twisted. It led to a trip to the infirmary with a shot, muscle relaxer prescription and a kind of messed up rest of the week. The room steward left the same filthy glass all week and told me they don’t have wash cloths or tissues for the passengers. Forget the amenity of robes and slippers as black card holders. There is a disconnect between passengers and workers. As a seasoned cruiser with over 100 cruises if they want repeat American customers instead of one time cruisers they need to straighten up their act. The reservation office in Miami needs a complete retraining and the Corporate office in Naples has to take a tighter control to fix what is constantly going on. To sum it up my family has booked again for next year only because of the prices. The heads of the ship assured me the future cruise consultant on the ship would handle it correctly. Well after hearing him tell us 15 times about his 20 years of being in the business he screwed the reservations up. My travel agent will have to deal with this when he returns from vacation. Last years mistake after mistake from the Miami office took 8 months to finally fix. They would fix one thing and mess up something else. Believe me you can’t make this stuff up. MSC has to listen to its passengers and change their ways. One more thing after a years time the shows should be changed. Saw the exact same ones for the second time over a year after seeing them the first time.

Cabin Review

Bella Inside Stateroom

Cabin I1

Good location handicapped accessible. My sons had 9124 and 9134 both balconies. Bad thing it’s the smoking side of the ship. People are smoking on deck 8 and they couldn’t enjoy their balconies with all the smoke drifting up.
